“Pink Pedestal Heart.”
This heart is constructed using different shades of pink balloons. The centre of the heart is then decorated with an arrangement created with flowers which are made with balloons, or it could be created using fresh flowers. As this decoration is free standing it could be placed anywhere at your wedding reception.
